Are you an experienced Payroll Specialist looking to take ownership of a busy, fast-paced payroll function? This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading healthcare organisation in North Dublin, working onsite as part of a high-performing team.
In this role, you'll be responsible for the seamless delivery of multiple payrolls while supporting both employees and senior management with accurate, timely information.
You will manage the full end-to-end processing of monthly payrolls and one weekly payroll, ensuring all data is accurate, complete, and fully compliant. This includes maintaining payroll systems and up-to-date employee records, preparing weekly overtime, bank staff, and agency reports for senior management, and producing monthly Cost Centre/Departmental reports for approval. You will also handle payroll queries efficiently, process all statutory and voluntary deductions, and onboard new members to pension and health insurance schemes. In addition, you will liaise with Revenue on PAYE/PRSI matters and oversee the Time Management System (TMS), including setting up new staff on the clocking system.
Its is expected that you have a minimum 5 years' payroll experience. IPASS qualification (or equivalent) is essential with a strong understanding of Irish PAYE processes and legislation
