Full-Time Personal Trainer – Strength & Conditioning Coach for new personal training club opening in Septmber

The Role
* 40 hours/week, including 23–28 hours of group coaching
* Remaining time spent on:
* Member support & goal check-ins
* Team development & mentoring
* Session planning & leadership contributions
What You'll Be Doing
* Coach high-energy small group strength & conditioning sessions
* Ensure all sessions align with our proven, scalable training model
* Welcome and onboard new members, ensuring a supportive start
* Collaborate with our close-knit coaching team to raise standards
* Contribute to internal events, courses, and community engagement
What You'll Need
* Strong group coaching presence and technical attention to detail
* Level 3 PT (or equivalent) certification – required
* Previous experience in an SGPT facility (as a coach or client) – preferred
* Ability to work Saturdays and be based near Cork City
