The HR Generalist will be responsible for managing and supporting a range of human resource functions. Key responsibilities include recruitment and onboarding, maintaining employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies, organizing training initiatives, and addressing employee relations. The role will also involve supporting payroll processes, implementing HR strategies, and fostering a collaborative and productive workplace culture.QualificationsKnowledge and experience in Employee Relations, including handling employee concerns, conflict resolution, and ensuring compliance with HR policies.Proficiency in Recruitment and Onboarding, such as interviewing, selection, and new hire orientation practices.Experience in designing and delivering Training programs to promote employee development and performance growth.Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to balance multiple HR-related tasks efficiently.Solid understanding of payroll, labor laws, and workplace compliance standards.Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities.Relevant qualifications in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience in the catering, hospitality, or event management industries is a plus.
