We are seeking a Renewals Sales Representative. As a member of the organization, the individual will have the overall responsibility for generating renewal revenue in a defined territory.
Responsibilities:
* Work on complex assignments requiring judgment in resolving problems and making recommendations.
* Generate revenue.
* Meet and exceed sales retention and growth quotas.
* Book orders.
* Collaborate with the Maintenance Renewal Sales Support Team to ensure the accuracy of quotes.
* Work directly with Arctera Partners.
* Coordinate with other internal Arctera teams.
* Ensure customer support issues are escalated appropriately.
Basic Qualifications:
* Coverage of UK & Ireland territories.
* Experience in similar environments.
* 1-3 years proven experience in Inside Sales, Renewals, Sales Support, or Customer Service.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office solutions.
