Base pay range
Location: Onsite in Cork, Ireland
Salary: Base €31,000 p.a. + bonuses
Hours of operation: Shifts across 8am - 10pm (Mon‑Sun)

Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Specialist in the fintech industry, you will be the primary point of contact for users of major payment processing brands. Your daily tasks include:
* Investigating, researching, and identifying issues reported by users via phone, email, or chat.
* Providing clear, professional, and friendly communication to build trust and satisfaction.
* Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to improve process efficiencies and the overall customer experience.
* Using multiple systems, learning new tools, and adapting quickly to new platforms.
Requirements
* Fluent level of English AND Portuguese
* Great communication skills with strong customer focus
* Self‑driven and result‑orientated
* Comfortable working with computers, phones, and multiple systems
Preferred
* Previous customer support experience (phone support preferred but not required)
* Interest in all things tech
