We are seeking an accomplished professional to manage service customer appointments and ensure seamless communication with customers.
* Efficiently managing service customer appointments and coordinating with customers as necessary.
* Diligently attending to customer requirements for service and repair, providing courteous assistance via phone and service reception.
* Fostering collaboration between Workshop, Service Reception, Warranty, and Parts Department teams.
* Maintaining consistently high standards across the dealership and identifying innovative methods to enhance performance.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service, a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, and excellent interpersonal skills.
