Senior Staff Engineer, Manufacturing
This is a technical leadership role in the advanced manufacturing process of hip stems and acetabular cups.
The position involves working across multiple disciplines including automated manufacturing, robotics, thermal coatings, automated inspection, and process improvement.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing support networks with key leaders and suppliers to enhance understanding of product manufacture and quality.
* Driving high levels of employee engagement through effective support structures.
* Developing technical solutions to complex problems by analyzing variable factors.
* Leading design, development, testing, and refinement of systems, subsystems, and components.
This role requires excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, a process improvement orientation, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in dynamic environments.
About You
We are looking for an individual with a level 8 honors degree in an engineering discipline. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of manufacturing experience with increasing levels of responsibility.
