Role: Health & Safety Manager Location: North Dublin Salary: €65k - €70k Role Requirements: Develop, implement, and maintain the companys Health & Safety Management System Ensure compliance with all relevant Irish Health & Safety legislation, including the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act **** Conduct risk assessments, audits, and site inspections, ensuring corrective actions are implemented Lead accident and incident investigations and prepare detailed reports Deliver Health & Safety training and toolbox talks to employees and contractors Act as the main point of contact with regulatory authorities (HSA) and external auditors Advise senior management on Health & Safety performance, risks, and improvements Promote a proactive safety culture across all levels of the business Candidate Requirements: Degree in Occupational Health & Safety (or related discipline) Chartered or Graduate Member of IOSH (CMIOSH / GradIOSH) or equivalent Minimum 5years experience in a Health & Safety role Strong working knowledge of Irish Health & Safety legislation Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work independently and influence safety behaviours at all levels INDCAT1 Skills: Health and Safety SHEQ Manager IOSH
