Job Opportunity - Project Director
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale architectural precast concrete facade projects.
This dynamic role will oversee projects from inception to completion, working closely with design, construction, and commercial teams to ensure successful execution, client satisfaction, and high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate project planning sessions and allocate internal resources to meet key milestones.
* Oversight and management of a portfolio of projects simultaneously.
* Ensure full understanding and management of project scope and deliverables.
* Maintain strong communication with internal departments, clients, and stakeholders.
* Facilitate timely decision-making processes both internally and externally.
* Ensure seamless project transition from tender stage to final client handover.
* Manage project risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
* Maintain thorough project documentation and reporting throughout all stages.
* Identify and resolve internal blockers to maintain project momentum.
* Work closely with Quantity Surveyors to manage budgets and commercial performance.
Requirements:
* Degree in Engineering, Construction, Architecture, or related field.
* Minimum of 4 years' experience in a project management role.
* Experience in facade coordination is highly desirable.
* Familiarity with 3D modelling for coordination is an advantage.
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
* Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.
* Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project planning tools.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills at all levels.
