Link Personnel has been instructed by our client, a Top‑Tier Law Firm in Dublin city centre, on a BD Executive role. This role will report into the Senior Manager, Strategic Accounts. In this role, you will partner with internal stakeholders to shape and deliver strategic client initiatives that strengthen relationships and add value across their priority accounts.

The Role:
* Support the management of client programmes, contributing to the retention, growth, and overall success of the business.
* Develop a deep understanding of each client’s business and market, analysing trends and developments to identify new opportunities for collaboration and growth.
* Contribute to the creation and delivery of strategic client development and account plans, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
* Oversee the implementation of business development strategies and initiatives, driving measurable impact and results.
* Partner with the Bids Team to identify, pursue, and secure opportunities with priority accounts.
* Collaborate with the Practice Area Marketing and Business Development teams to design and deliver initiatives that enhance market visibility, showcase client success stories, and support growth across assigned accounts.
* Utilise the CRM system to track, analyse, and report on client engagement, ensuring data accuracy and actionable insights.
* Monitor KPIs and prepare regular reports to evaluate progress and inform decision-making.
* Other Ad‑hoc duties as required.
The Candidate:
* BA degree in Business or similar.
* 2 years+ experience working in a similar role.
* Good understanding of the fundamentals of strategic key account management.
* Ability to work in a fast paced environment, working both as a team member and independently.
* Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
* Advanced working knowledge of MS Office with ability to deliver high quality, accurate work.
* Resilient and hardworking, capable of managing a varied and demanding workload.
* A team player who thrives in a diverse, inclusive, and collaborative environment.
