Our current team manage a large property portfolio, for which this role would be responsible for a proportion. Our current team are dynamic, hard working and dedicated to their roles, and are supported by our regional Maintenance Teams. In order to be successful in this role, a candidate will require strong interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to work as part of a team as well as the ability to work on initiative.
