You'll own insights, metrics, and planning for critical payments and risk workflows, partnering directly with senior leadership to drive data-led decisions that move millions of transactions daily.
Key Responsibilities Master complex payments datasets using expert-level SQL to deliver actionable insights and forecasts.
Build and maintain enterprise dashboards tracking operational health, user experience, and financial crime metrics.
Lead deep-dive analyses to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across global payments flows.
Craft compelling narratives and executive presentations that influence Ops leadership and C-suite priorities.
Drive cross-functional initiatives with Product, Engineering, Risk, Finance, and global Ops teams.
Own operational planning, goal-setting, and performance reviews with a strong ROI focus.
Support strategic forecasting and resource planning for payments and compliance functions.
Requirements 7+ years as a senior analyst or strategist in payments, FinTech, risk, or financial services operations.
Expert SQL + experience wrangling large-scale transactional datasets.
Proven ability to translate complex data into clear executive stories and recommendations.
Strong background in payments processing, financial crime, fraud, or risk operations.
Exceptional stakeholder management across global, distributed teams.
Comfortable toggling between big-picture strategy and granular execution.
Tableau (or similar) experience highly desirable.
