Job Title: Social Care Worker / Assistant Support Worker

About the Role:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Care Worker or Assistant Support Worker to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with adults in a residential care home nestled on 23 acres of beautiful, peaceful land.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support service users with their activities of daily living.
* Assist individuals in all aspects of their lives to promote independence and enhance their quality of life.
* Provide transport and accompany service users to activities, appointments, and community events.
* Encourage and support service users to achieve personal goals in a safe and supportive environment tailored to their needs.
Requirements:
* Minimum of a Level 5 qualification (or equivalent) in Health or Social Care.
* A full, clean driving licence is essential.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* A genuine passion for supporting individuals to live fulfilling and independent lives.
* Ability to work as part of a team and on your own initiative.
