We are seeking skilled and dedicated healthcare professionals to join our team in providing exceptional care to patients across the HSE Dublin South areas.
* The role involves home visits to clients for clinical care, including wound dressing, injections, catheter changes etc., as well as assessing clients for referrals to other disciplines and Home Support services.
* A car is required for the role due to its mobile nature.
Our healthcare centres have a Clinical Skills Facilitator and an Advanced Nurse Practitioner in Tissue Viability who will work with agency nurses on upskilling them. Additionally, we are part of a dynamic team of Public Health Nurses (PHNs) and Community Rehabilitation Gerontology Nurses (CRGNs).
To ensure high-quality patient care, this position requires strong communication skills and ability to provide empathetic support during visits.
