Key Sales Leadership Role

Sales leaders with a passion for SaaS and healthcare technology, we have an exciting opportunity to drive strategic growth in our sales department. The successful candidate will play a critical role in overseeing the development and execution of our sales strategy, leading a high-performing team, and making a significant impact on the future of healthcare technology.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of SaaS sales, a strong background in the healthcare industry, and the ability to lead and motivate a diverse sales team to achieve ambitious revenue targets.

Main Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with senior leadership to implement a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with business objectives and growth targets in the UK and Ireland healthcare market.
2. Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team, providing ongoing training, support, and development opportunities to ensure individual and team success.
3. Drive sales performance and accelerate revenue growth across multiple segments, focusing on both existing customers and new business acquisition.
4. Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless and unified approach to go-to-market strategies and customer engagement.
5. Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular performance reports to the executive team, identifying opportunities and challenges in real-time.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience in sales with a minimum of 3 years in a senior leadership role within SaaS or healthcare technology industries.
* Deep understanding of the healthcare sector specifically home and residential care, social care for adults and children, particularly in the UK and Ireland, and experience selling software solutions to healthcare providers and organisations.
* Strong leadership and team management experience with a track record of building, developing, and motivating sales teams to exceed targets.
* Extensive experience in B2B sales, including developing sales strategies, pipeline management, negotiation, and closing deals.
* Ability to analyse sales data, market trends, and customer insights to develop and refine sales strategies.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
* Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and achieving ambitious revenue targets.
