Our clinic is committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care within a collaborative clinical environment.Role descriptionThis is a subcontractor role for a mental health professional delivering face-to-face clinical services at our Dublin clinic, with limited flexibility for remote work where appropriate. The role involves providing psychological and therapeutic support to adults, adolescents, and children, developing individualised treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based interventions, including counselling, psychotherapy, and crisis intervention when required. The successful applicant will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to support effective case management and continuity of care. Working hours are dependent on service demand.Key responsibilitiesProvision of psychological and therapeutic interventions for children, adolescents, and adultsDevelopment and implementation of individualised treatment plansClinical documentation and professional record keepingCollaboration with psychologists, psychiatrists, and other allied health professionalsParticipation in multidisciplinary discussions and coordinated care planningEssential qualifications and experienceRecognised qualification in psychology, psychotherapy, counselling, or a related mental health disciplineCurrent registration with a relevant Irish professional or regulatory body (for example, PSI, CORU, IACP, or IAHIP, as applicable)Demonstrated experience in mental health care, case management, and care coordinationCompetence in delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including crisis supportStrong interpersonal, communication, and professional skillsAbility to work independently while contributing effectively within a multidisciplinary teamExperience working with diverse client presentations in a sensitive and ethical manner
