Reports to: IT Manager
Location: Head Office, Athenry, Co. Galway
Type: Full-time
Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated graduate to join our IT team as a Junior Data Analyst. This entry-level role focuses on supporting the development of automated reports and dashboards from our ERP system (IFS Cloud) and other business data sources using SQL and Power BI. You will work closely with senior team members and business stakeholders to learn, design, and deliver actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in gathering reporting requirements from business stakeholders.
* Use SQL to extract data from ERP and other systems.
* Support the development of IFS lobbies and reports.
* Support the development of Power BI dashboards and reports.
* Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting platforms.
* Document processes and maintain reporting standards.
* Provide first-level ERP support when required.
About You
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related field.
* Knowledge of Oracle SQL and relational databases.
* Familiarity with Power BI or similar BI tools.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and willingness to learn.
* Full EU/UK/IRL Drivers Licence.
* No sponsorship provided.
Desirable
* Exposure to ERP systems (IFS Cloud, IFS Apps 10).
* Knowledge of data visualization principles.
* Experience with Excel Power Query or similar tools.
