Key Responsibilities:
* Support Senior HR Business Partner in managing and enhancing client group needs across EMEA region
* Proactive and strategic approach to HR activities including talent acquisition, talent management, performance management, and learning and development initiatives
Generalist Role Responsibilities:
* Guide employees with HR queries
* Manage family-friendly policies and sickness absence
* Support employee onboarding and offboarding
* Conduct exit interviews
* Support HR transformation projects
* Update/create policy documents
Performance Management:
* Support talent cycle processes
* Assist in performance reviews
* Consult on employee relations issues
* Provide analytical support for performance metrics
Talent Acquisition:
* Collaborate with recruitment team
* Understand resourcing requirements
* Support immigration management and mobility
Learning and Development:
* Utilize and develop talent development resources
* Identify training needs
* Organize training sessions, workshops, and seminars
Talent Management and Strategy:
* Support HR initiatives such as compensation planning
* Promotion cycles
* Succeession planning
* Employee engagement programs
Process Improvement:
* Facilitate process improvements in People Operations
* Drive efficiencies and automation in areas such as Leave of Absence management
* Immigration and Regulatory Referencing Requirements
Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred. A CIPD qualification is also beneficial but not mandatory. With minimum three years proven experience in HR, particularly in a generalist role, you will have:
* Strong understanding of HR processes
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in HR software (Workday, ServiceNow)
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* The ability to handle multiple tasks with high levels of attention to detail
