Key job responsibilitiesAs a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will ensure the performance and reliability of our mobile applications and IoT devices.
Your tasks include testing mobile apps, maintaining our device lab, creating test suites, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance our products.
A day in the lifeYou will perform advanced testing beyond black box methods, troubleshooting issues via logs and diagnostics, and developing automated tests to improve quality assurance scalability.
You will work hands-on with various mobile devices and IoT solutions in a state-of-the-art lab environment, gaining insights into product performance and contributing to scalable solutions.
Your role is vital in delivering seamless customer experiences through our connected devices.
You will collaborate with developers, product managers, and operations teams to identify issues and maintain a robust test environment, ensuring reliable package delivery worldwide.

About the teamYou will join an interdisciplinary team of software and system engineers developing IoT, wireless, and cloud solutions for logistics and delivery, helping Amazon exceed customer expectations.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONSMasters or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or relevant experience.Experience in testing or product development roles in consumer products.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience in mobile application testing.Understanding of SDLC and testing methodologies.Familiarity with testing tools like TestRail, and UI automation frameworks for iOS and Android.Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.Effective communication and teamwork skills.Proactive work attitude and curiosity to learn.Amazon is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity.
