Our client is an award-winning design-led Architectural practice with a wide range of significant commercial, retail, healthcare, hotel and hospitality-related projects. With a strong design and technical approach to all projects, they are highly responsive to their clients’ requirements. They have a proven track record in delivering exceptional Buildings for over 2 decades, offering services from master planning through to Interior Design.
The Role
Due to a growing pipeline of work in the medical sector, our client is seeking a strong Project Architect to join their team. The successful candidate should have experience leading hospital projects at all stages, from inception through to delivery.
The successful candidate should have proven experience in leading teams, should bring energy & drive to their team and must have up-to-date Revit skills as this Practice is fully-Revit.
Required Background
* A member of the RIAI or eligible for Membership.
* 5+ years’ experience in the industry.
* Excellent organisational skills with an ability to achieve project deadlines.
* Revit experience is a must.
* Thorough knowledge of Irish building regulations.
* Prior experience in contributing to projects from inception through to Site is highly beneficial.
* Must be able to convey accurate information to different stakeholders effectively.
* Must have excellent communication skills.
* Self-driven and willing to learn, adopting a ‘can do’ mentality and work ethic.
