Department Lead Position
We are seeking a department lead to manage our store in South Dublin. The ideal candidate will have a background in grocery retail and excellent leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:

* Support the Store Manager in enhancing operational performance

Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience in grocery management and leadership
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams
* Leadership, recruitment, and development experience
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Commercial awareness and the ability to interpret sales data
* Ability to work effectively across departments
* Strong organisational and time management skills
