Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Services Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the accounting department, handling day-to-day financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Data Entry: Process invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
* Verify and reconcile vendor statements and invoices.
* Prepare and send out invoices to clients.
* Documentation and record-keeping
* Provide administrative support to the accounting department as needed.
* Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by the Senior Accountant or Accounting Manager.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
* Previous experience in a similar role within an accounting firm or finance department.
* Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, Xero).
* Good organisational and time management abilities.
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
