Recruiter
to join their team on an
11 month contract.

Contract: 11 months
Location: Dublin (Hybrid)
Salary: €70,000 pro rata
The Role:
In this role, you'll manage the full recruitment cycle end-to-end – from sourcing and outreach to offer stage – while working closely with hiring managers to deliver tailored hiring solutions. You'll be instrumental in designing candidate attraction strategies, building diverse talent pipelines, and ensuring a world-class experience for candidates and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:
* Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand their talent needs and design recruitment strategies.
* Manage the full-cycle recruitment process across EMEA, from proactive sourcing to successful hires.
* Deliver against hiring targets, sharing progress and insights backed by data.
* Use leading recruitment tools and platforms to drive efficiency and reach top-tier talent.
* Collaborate with peers, mentor colleagues, and share best practices to elevate the team's performance.
* Champion an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
What you'll bring:
* 3+ years' experience in talent acquisition.
* Strong experience hiring across international markets (experience in sales/commercial hiring is a plus).
* Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms.
* Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
* A data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into effective hiring strategies.
