About the Role:
We are currently seeking a passionate and professional Spa Therapist to join our team. You will deliver a wide range of spa treatments to the highest standards, ensuring our guests, members, and clients have an exceptional and relaxing experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide a range of high-quality spa treatments including massages, facials, body treatments, waxing, and manicures/pedicures.
* Ensure clients receive a warm, friendly, and professional welcome.
* Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation of treatment rooms at all times.
* Manage time efficiently during treatments and support cost control by using products appropriately.
* Handle spa reception duties when needed, including bookings, enquiries, and point-of-sale transactions.
* Support spa operations and work as part of a team to ensure smooth day-to-day running.
* Address customer concerns courteously and professionally.
* Maintain a high standard of personal presentation and grooming.
* Participate in regular training and team meetings.
* Assist with stock control, equipment care, and general spa upkeep.
* Promote products and treatments, supporting sales targets set by management.
Requirements:
* Recognised qualifications in beauty/spa therapy (essential).
* Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (essential).
* Strong communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
* A positive, professional attitude and strong attention to detail.
* Eligibility to work in Ireland.
Health & Safety:
You will be expected to follow all company health, safety, hygiene, and emergency procedures. Reporting any accidents, incidents, or equipment issues is part of this role.
