Role Overview
As a Manufacturing Associate 2 (MA2), you will operate semi-automated and fully automated equipment in a cleanroom environment, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance for Dexcom's life-changing CGM products.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Operate and monitor semi-automated and automated equipment.
Carry out routine manual tasks such as handling components, loading materials, and supporting assembly processes.
Perform precise, dexterity-based assembly tasks and maintain consistent output.
Conduct in-process checks to ensure product quality.
Complete packaging, labelling, material movement, and required data entry.
Follow all GMP, SOPs, batch records, and cleanroom protocols, completing documentation accurately.
Report deviations, defects, or safety concerns immediately and support quality and yield targets.
Collaborate with supervisors and team members, ensuring clear communication and smooth shift handovers.
Support a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Achieve competency within training timelines and consistently meet output and quality KPIs.
Demonstrate reliability, accuracy, and adherence to standardized processes.
Qualifications
Leaving Certificate (or Level 5 equivalent).
2+ years in medical device or regulated manufacturing.
High level of dexterity and attention to detail.
Strong structured-procedure following skills.
Comfort with repetitive, hands-on assembly tasks.
Good computer literacy and mechanical aptitude.
Reliable, adaptable, and team oriented.
Excellent communication skills.
Must be eligible to work in Ireland.
