Overview
The NEC Housing Team is growing. We are seeking an implementation consultant to support the team. The role is remote in Southern Ireland and will require national travel to customer sites. There are potential global opportunities with the subsidy module in the future.
Responsibilities
* Offer expert guidance in implementing the NEC Housing system rents modules, with a focus on differential rents, configuration, and build.
* Gather requirements and workshop solutions with customers to define the best solution for them.
* Provide excellent advice and best practices to current customers using NEC Housing.
* Ensure that customers are satisfied and provide positive feedback consistently; promptly communicate any issues to internal teams.
* Prepare configuration, specification, and policy documentation aligned with customer solutions.
* Create and maintain training courses and solution design manuals for customers and internal teams.
* Stay up-to-date with developments in Irish Social Housing Management.
* Configure and build models within NEC Housing Software.
* Be flexible and travel throughout Ireland to visit customer and company sites when required.
Qualifications
* Knowledge of rents management within the context of social housing.
* Understanding of differential rents.
* Demonstrated expertise in implementing housing management systems or modules, with a focus on system configuration and build.
* Experience gathering requirements from customers to prepare specification documents.
* Ability to achieve positive customer feedback through effective consultancy and training services.
* Proficiency in creating and maintaining training materials, including courses and solution design manuals for customers.
* Full driving licence.
* Experience creating, configuring, and implementing wider NEC Housing system modules.
