We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Food & Beverage Supervisor to support the daily operations of our bar and restaurant. This role is ideal for a motivated hospitality professional who leads by example and is passionate about exceptional guest service.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise daily Food & Beverage operations across the bar and restaurant
* Ensure exceptional guest service and satisfaction at all times
* Support, train, motivate, and guide F&B team members to maintain high service standards
* Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in all service areas
* Handle guest queries and complaints promptly and professionally
* Assist the management team with stock control, cash handling, and end-of-shift reporting
* Contribute to a positive, team-focused working environment
Essential Requirements
* Previous supervisory experience in a busy Food & Beverage or hospitality environment
* Strong leadership and communication skills with a hands-on, can-do attitude
* Excellent customer service skills with strong attention to detail
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
* Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards
* A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
