Our field based operations team consist of Healthcare Technicians and Patient Care & Sales Specialists, who ensure that our patients receive the support that they need whilst using our equipment.
From installation, training on how to use equipment, servicing and removal.Provide administrative support to the commercial activity and/or to the customers/patients, like contract management, customer organizations' interfaces, payors' interfaces (States or Private Insurance).
Main Accountabilities 1. Receive and/or place predominantly routine calls.
2. Maintain detailed & current knowledge of company's products/services.
3. Liaise with sales & technical staff to keep them up-to-date with customer needs.
4. Answer customer telephone inquiries, orders, service needs & complaints.
5. Analyze customer service needs for communication to service and technical departments.6.
Raising job orders Differentiating Criteria - Handle larger accounts, managing contracts & overseeing a broader range of administrative functions.
- Provide guidance to junior agents.
