Responsibilities (Text Only)As a Technical Architect Specialist, you will: • Provide thought-leadership and architectural guidance/reviews on strategic Microsoft Copilot pre-sales opportunities • Drive a streamlined pre-sales engagement process with customers to help drive their business transformation using Microsoft AI copilot Agents in an accelerated fashion • Drive the discovery process to identify customer requirements and drive accurate and cost-efficient Statement of Work Estimates from partners to fulfill those requirements • Provide technical and strategic guidance to the field sales teams and partners to create enticing offers with AI copilot agents. • Represent Microsoft Business and Industry Copilot Engineering in complex deals by providing functional and technical consultation • Assist the core Microsoft Business and Industry Copilot Engineering to develop the right scenarios and features to address customer needs • Guide the partners to build world class demos, POCs and solutions to analyze ambiguous technical and customer situations and to determine appropriate solutions as necessary • Work closely cross-discipline with senior leaders to drive decision making and outcomes designed to grow our customers and partner ecosystem. • Lead ideation and creation of compelling, customer and partner-driven storytelling in major events and keynotes.Qualifications (Text Only)• 10+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS and/or AI platforms. • 10+ years of Domain Skills in one of the following is a must – Engineering, Service Industries, Dynamics Implementation Partner Ecosystem. • 2+ years of Expertise in generative AI, intelligent agents, and large language model applications. • Understanding of functional and technical architecture of Dynamics 365 or other cloud technologies • Deep knowledge of Microsoft’s ecosystem, including Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Azure, and M365. • Proven ability to collaborate across product, engineering, and field sales teams to drive execution. • Strong executive communication and stakeholder influence skills.
