Job Description
This role is focused on supporting customers and driving sales growth across the North & West region. Key responsibilities will include finding new business opportunities, developing existing relationships, and delivering projects in collaboration with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and develop new sales leads;
* Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to closure;
* Work closely with internal teams to deliver projects and meet customer needs;
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers;
* Demonstrate products and explain how they address customer pain points;
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven technical sales experience within one or more sectors: water/wastewater, food & beverage/dairy, chemical, pharmaceutical;
* Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, process instrumentation or automation products;
* Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills;
* Ability to translate customer requirements into effective solutions;
* Confidence communicating with engineers, buyers, and site teams;
* Experience working with CRM systems and basic sales reporting;
* Full, clean driving licence and right to work in Ireland;
