Part-Time Receptionist (Public Sector, Dublin 2 4pm-6pm onsite) Our client, a public sector organisation based in Dublin city centre, is currently seeking a reliable, temporary Part-Time Receptionist to provide evening front-of-house, reception and facilities support.
This is an onsite, part-time position offered on an initial 6-month contract, with potential to become permanent.
Location:Dublin City Centre (onsite) Salary:€29,229€38,966 per annum, PRO RATA Hours & Contract:Part-time: 4.00pm6.00pm, Monday to Friday(10 hours per week) Additional hours may be required to support evening events (advance notice provided).
This is a temporary contract with the possibility of permanency.
Key Responsibilities Providing evening reception and front-of-house cover Welcoming visitors and handling phone and email enquiries Managing visitor sign-in, access passes and security protocols Acting as keyholder, including end-of-day lock-up, alarm setting and building checks Assisting with the coordination and support of evening events Handling post, booking meeting rooms and providing general facilities support Supporting Health & Safety procedures and incident reporting Carrying out general administrative and facilities duties as required Essential Requirements Minimum of 2 years experience in a corporate or public sector reception role Strong record of reliability, punctuality and flexibility Excellent communication and customer service skills Good organisational and administrative capability Confident user of MS Office Professional approach with a high level of discretion Apply Send your CV via the link below.
