Required Qualifications and Skills

The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in nursing, including a post-registration qualification in healthcare management. They will also have a minimum of 5+ years' experience in psychiatric nursing and 3+ years' experience in a management position.

They will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A strong understanding of relevant legislation and regulations is also essential.
