We are seeking an experienced Application Support Engineer to support and maintain business-critical applications, integrations, and operational systems within a fast-paced environment.
This is a hands-on role focused on troubleshooting complex technical issues, supporting internally developed integrations, coordinating third-party vendors, and contributing to the successful delivery of technology initiatives.
Key Requirement
sStrong experience with PHP, MySQL, and Linux environment
sProven ability to support and troubleshoot application integrations, APIs, and data workflow
sExperience investigating issues across multiple systems and third-party platform
sStrong operational mindset with the ability to take ownership of incidents through to resolutio
nExperience coordinating external vendors and managing technical escalation
sExposure to technical project delivery and system implementation activitie
sExcellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skill
