About the Job
A professional operations position with a leading logistics company in Dublin.
* Process export shipments and manage bookings from start to finish.
* Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients.
* Liaise with airlines for optimal rates and transit times.
* Work closely with warehouse and transport teams to ensure smooth freight movement.
* Handle sales and purchase invoices, as well as rate requests and quotations.
Key Requirements
For this role, we require:
* A minimum of 2-5 years' experience in freight forwarding.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
