Sales Executive
Our client a leading Financial Services Brokerage is hiring driven Sales Executives to join their team in Portlaoise.
Responsibilities
* Reach out to new and existing clients of the business.
* Build rapport quickly and pitch relevant products clearly and confidently.
* Work toward daily and monthly sales targets.
* Record customer details accurately in our CRM system.
* Work closely with management to continuously improve performance.
Attributes
* Significant sales experience is essential for this role (8+ years)
* Experience in call centre sales an advantage but not essential
* Strong sales mentality needed to achieve targets
* Self-starter mindset a must
* Willing to work towards obtaining a Qualified Financial Advisor qualification
* Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
* A strong work ethic and a desire to hit and exceed targets
* Resilience, energy, and a positive attitude
* Have a strong, confident phone voice while speaking to customers
* Be very competitive and motivated by internal career advancement opportunities.
* Computer literacy essential.
