The ability to perform under pressure and to multitask.Works well on their own and as part of a team.Responds well to pressure and change.Strong communication skills.A willingness to learn.Job ObjectivesThe Health and Fitness Coordinator role is:To deliver a high level of customer service experience, to identify the client's health & fitness needs and goals, and to work with them to achieve this in a warm and friendly environment.To provide tailored fitness plans that are unique to each client's needs.To advise the clients on nutrition regarding weight loss or gains.To carry out administration tasks required for the smooth running of a busy gym.Key ResponsibilitiesYou will be required to:Work closely with clients to implement their programs - with a strong emphasis on customer service.Create individualised training programs; perform fitness assessments and evaluations.Carry out administrative tasks as part of the normal working day to ensure a smooth running of the business.Ensure that the gym is presented in a high standard at all times, is clean, tidy and uncluttered.Work in collaboration as a team, but also be able to work on your own initiative.Behave at all times in one's dealing with colleagues and clients to the highest ethical standards.Take on any other duties that are assigned to you by your manager and for which you have been provided with reasonable knowledge and training in respect of such tasks.Salary and conditions of employment:Salary will be competitive and negotiable depending on experience and qualifications.Shortlisting will apply.Candidates should apply, in confidence.
