* Work closely with wedding couples, event organisers, and internal operational managers to ensure seamless event execution
* Maintain high standards within the Sales & Events department, ensuring exceptional customer service at all stages
* Handle administrative tasks efficiently, ensuring accurate documentation and communication
* Contribute to sales efforts by converting enquiries into bookings and maximising revenue opportunities
* Assist with on-the-day coordination of weddings and events as needed
Requirements:
* Proven experience in events, hospitality, or a similar sales-driven role
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and friendly approach
* Excellent computer proficiency; knowledge of hotel operations is an advantage
* Exceptional organisational and administrative abilities with keen attention to detail
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and midweek shifts
