Job Description The Accounts Receivable Lead plays a critical role within the Finance function of a Fund Administration business.
This role oversees all aspects of client billing, collections, and reconciliation of fund administration and treasury revenue, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strong client service.
The AR Lead partners closely with Client Services, Lines of Business, Fund Accounting, and other Finance teams to ensure client accounts are up-to-date and receivables are managed in line with service agreements and internal financial controls.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
10+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Billing, or Financial Operations—preferably within Fund Administration, Financial Services, or Asset Management.
Strong understanding of fund administration fee structures, client agreements, and revenue models.
Experience in fund administration revenue types and strategies (Hedge, Private Equity, Real Assets, Private Debt Funds, or similar).
Proficiency with financial systems.
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
Knowledge of SOC1 controls, regulatory frameworks, and audit environments relevant to fund administrators.
Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with building AR reporting dashboards.
