Early Scholars are seeking a fun energetic Early Years Practitioner to join our team in Athgarvan, Newbridge, Co. Kildare. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week and may include AIM support or relief work.
Requirements:
· Minimum QQI Level 5 – proof of certificate is required.
· Planned progression to QQI Level 6 or 7 an advantage
· 2 signed references
· Garda Vetting will be processed
· Further training provided including First Aid, Manual Handing and Fire Safety
Role and duties would include:
· Assist in the day to day running of the service, ensuring adherence to Early Scholars policies and procedures
· Assist with daily planning, child observations and scrapbooks
· Excellent communication skills required to work alongside the key carer, families, children and staff.
