Key Responsibilities
* To provide person-centered care to patients and residents, promoting their independence and dignity at all times.
* To work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective care plans.
* To maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, adhering to relevant policies and procedures.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of 6 months' experience as a Healthcare Assistant or equivalent.
* To be registered with the NISCC (Nursing and Midwifery Council for Northern Ireland) or willing to register.
* To complete an Enhanced Access NI check.
Desired Qualifications
Possession of a driving license would be advantageous, as it may enable you to travel between locations. Additionally, having Encompass training would be beneficial in your role as a Healthcare Assistant.
