Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Revenue Manager to lead the revenue strategy for a cluster of our five‑star properties. The role will be based in the MHL Cluster Revenue & Reservations office, where we provide support to our Dublin hotels.

The College Green Hotel Dublin Autograph Collection, At College Green, Dublin, Ireland, D02 HR67.
Core Responsibilities
Drive revenue growth by leveraging market insights, implementing dynamic pricing strategies, and optimising distribution channels to maximise occupancy and profitability.
Define and execute the revenue management and distribution strategy for the hotels and manage day‑to‑day yield operations.
Prepare yearly budget and forecast; provide weekly dynamic forecasts of expected results, variances, and budget comparisons.
Conduct daily pick‑up analysis, strategy adjustments and reporting.
Perform competitive benchmark studies and follow market trends for each hotel.
Maintain 24‑36 month rolling demand calendar for each hotel.
Create and develop pricing strategies for the hotel and assess, analyse and price group business strategies.
Analyse overall monthly performance and provide summary reports with recommendations to improve long‑term strategies.
Ensure all related systems are configured correctly, validated and working to full capacity, and keep the hotel website booking process up‑to‑date and functional.
Work in liaison with hotel sales and reservations departments and inspire HODs to embed a revenue management culture.
Requirements
Business development DNA and commercial mindset.
3+ years of progressive experience in a similar capacity in a fast‑paced environment.
Strong sense of need for achievement of goals and success.
Good analytical and numeric skills for fast data crunching.
Ability to work under own initiative in a highly pressured environment.
Good listening skills and ability to anticipate business needs.
Ability to prioritise between revenue generating actions and time‑consuming tasks with low yield impact.
Capability for travel.
