We are looking for a Documentation Technician We are seeking a motivated and organised Documentation Technician to join our team on a fixed-term basis. This role will support ongoing projects, ensuring timelines, and quality standards are met. The right applicant will join an existing documentation team working within a successful and innovative environment, which will include interaction with the wider Product Development team and international organisation. Responsibilities will include: Ensuring technical documentation is up to date, compliant and at a high standard. Installation, operation and maintenance instruction manuals Technical data sheets Declaration of Conformity Workshop manuals Collaborating with project managers, product managers, manufacturing engineers, compliance and CAD teams to support new and on-going projects. Collaborating with Operations to ensure documentation is up to date. Publishing documentation on/ M-Files / SharePoint. Complete tasks within the planned time frame. Facilitating translations through agencies and sales units. Applications are invited from candidates who hold the following: Experience in Adobe InDesign and Illustrator. Experience in CCMS is an advantage. Experience working in multinational environment. Proven ability of working within a multi-disciplinary team environment.
