Now, we're looking for a passionate and creative Marketing Manager / Content Creator to help us tell our story, grow our audience, and drive engagement across all digital channels.The RoleAs our Content Creator, you'll take ownership of our organic marketing presence across both brands. You'll be responsible for creating high-impact content, managing our social media platforms, and developing collaborations that amplify our reach.Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management: Plan, schedule, and post engaging content across all platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn).Content Creation: Produce creative, on-brand photo and video content showcasing our studios, classes, trainers, and community.Brand Collaborations: Identify and manage partnerships with local brands, influencers, and ambassadors that align with TRIB3 & PILAT3S.Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute campaigns to drive membership growth, event attendance, and community engagement.Analytics & Reporting: Monitor performance metrics and provide insights to improve engagement and ROI.Who You AreA creative storyteller with a passion for fitness, wellness, and lifestyle brands.Experienced in social media management and content creation.Confident in developing marketing ideas and collaborating with partners.Organised, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Job Type: Full-timePay: €30,000.00-€35,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
