Role: Service Administrator Location: Dublin Salary: Competitive Contract: Permanent Galway Plant and Tool Hire (GPT) is a one of Irelands largest and most successful plant and commercial vehicle hire specialists.
We have 8 branches nationwide, serving the needs of both public and private sector customers.
GPT is part of The Briggs Equipment Group, a leading provider of asset management and maintenance solutions across Ireland and the UK.
We currently have a new position based in our Dublin branch as a Service Administrator.
In this role you will be: Providing a high level of customer service through efficient control of our Engineers carrying out repairs and maintenance on vehicle and plant equipment.
Working with the Service Manager on all aspects of invoicing, call handling and timesheet consolidation.
Answering the telephone and directing calls to the correct team member/department Ensuring machines are serviced before going out on hire.
Working collaboratively with team members within the service team and other departments.
Liaising with customers keeping them updated on progress of work.
Supporting the depot with day-to-day administrative tasks Developing and maintaining an effective filing system.
