LSC have a great contract opportunity for a Maintenance Scheduler to join a Limerick based Biotech Drug Substance Manufacturing Facility.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with next-gen manufacturing technologies, advanced data collection and analysis platforms that will result in safety and quality improvements, increased productivity, and variability reduction.
ABOUT THE ROLE- RESPONSIBILITIES Schedule and coordinate all preventive and corrective maintenance activities to meet operational and compliance requirements.
Collaborate with planners, technicians, vendors, and engineering stores to ensure spare parts and resources are available.
Maintain and update job plans to reflect current procedures and best practices.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and proactively contribute to safety and quality enhancements.
Ensure all maintenance activities are recorded in the CMMS and are audit-ready, following ALCOA+ principles.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure timely and high-quality execution of maintenance tasks.
Troubleshoot scheduling conflicts and assist in resolving maintenance issues where responsibilities are unclear.
ABOUT YOU - ARE YOUR SKILLS A MATCH?
FETAC level 6 or equivalent in either an E&I or mechanical discipline.
Experience with maintenance planning and scheduling tools (e.g., CMMS) Proficient in English 2+ years Pharmaceutical//Biotech/Med Device industry experience in a maintenance role.
