Job Title: Operations HR Business Partner
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to operational managers in Dublin and Belfast.
Key Responsibilities:
* Recruitment planning and activity for both direct labour and indirect roles across Dublin and Belfast.
* Detection, analysis, resolution of employee relations issues including grievances, disciplinary procedures etc.
* Cross-functional projects driving business change and reorganisation as required.
