* Lead and manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring daily operations run efficiently and effectively
* Maintain accurate site records and align workforce levels with project programme targets
* Collaborate with the Project Manager to ensure timely delivery, quality standards are met, and safety protocols are upheld
* Implement and oversee Health & Safety protocols and Quality Management Systems
* Foster a culture of continual process improvement while ensuring safety and compliance standards are met
* Coordinate material requisitions and manage timely deliveries that meet specifications
* Facilitate clear communication among stakeholders through effective site meetings
