Human Resources Advisor Role
We are seeking a talented Human Resources Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a crucial role in supporting the growth and development of our organization.
* You will work closely with operational managers across all departments and business lines, providing guidance on HR strategies and policies.
* Your responsibilities will include performance management, disciplinary and grievance handling, absence management, TUPE processes, and union relations.
* You will also be responsible for labour forecasting and creating talent acquisition strategies to ensure resource needs are met.
Key Qualifications:
* CIPD qualification is essential.
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in an HR Business Partnering role, with a strong foundation in HR principles and practices.
* Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills, coupled with outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
