Dunraven Arms Hotel – Chef de Partie
The Dunraven Arms Hotel are currently recruiting experienced Chefs de Partie to work with our experienced team of chefs. The successful candidate will gain invaluable experience working alongside and supporting the Sous and Head Chef.
You will create and cook dishes to the highest standards for the fine dining Maigue Restaurant, The Hunters Bar and a very successful banqueting department.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and cook high quality dishes for the restaurant, bar and banqueting department
* Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in menu planning and execution
* Maintain hygiene and HACCP standards
* Work as part of a team and communicate effectively
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years experience as a Chef de Partie or similar
* Excellent knowledge of hygiene and HACCP
* Flexibility and a good communicator with strong interpersonal skills
* Proven team worker, ambitious, hard working
