We are looking for an experienced and highly organised
Office Manager
to join our Dublin team. You will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the office while providing operational and administrative support across teams. This role is best suited to someone who enjoys variety and taking ownership of day-to-day operations in a fast-growing environment.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Dublin office and ensure a well-organised and efficient working environment.
* Act as the main point of contact for office-related matters, including suppliers, building management, and service providers.
* Manage office logistics such as equipment, supplies, access management, and facilities coordination.
* Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes in collaboration with HR and internal stakeholders.
* Provide administrative and operational support to Finance and Operations teams, including invoice handling, expense coordination, and vendor communication.
* Maintain accurate records, trackers, and internal documentation related to office and operational activities.
* Assist with internal processes, policies, and procedural documentation.
* Coordinate internal meetings, office communications, and team activities.
* Identify opportunities to improve office processes, efficiency, and overall employee experience.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in an Office Manager, Office Administrator, or Operations role (typically 3+ years).
* Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
* Comfortable handling administrative, operational, and coordination tasks across multiple teams.
* Experience working with invoices, suppliers, and basic finance administration is an advantage.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; experience with HR or finance systems is a plus.
* Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently in a dynamic environment.
* Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.›
